I've always loved creating stories and illustrations for curious, growing minds.

Ana lives in a rainforest called Abagullias. All of the sloths in Abagullias have three toes. They use their toes to hang from the trees. Ana is different— she has no toes!

Ana has a great story to share and she is putting it together in a beautifully illustrated book!

This book basically wrote itself. When my husband and I were getting ready for our first baby, I couldn't stop watching our three dogs — Desmo, Daisy, and Charlie — try to make sense of everything changing around them. I started sketching their reactions, and the story just came together. I wrote and illustrated the whole thing while I was pregnant, and sent it to print right before she arrived.

I was honored to create five original illustrations and design the full layout & cover for Incredible Idaho Women, a beautiful book celebrating trailblazing women who shaped our state’s history and culture.
